ANNEX V – FOURTHWALL STORE PLATFORM PRIVACY ADDENDUM

Purpose

This Addendum applies to purchases, account creation, and interactions conducted through Humane World for Animals’ online storefront hosted through Fourthwall. It supplements the Global Privacy & Cookie Policy, which remains the primary privacy notice governing the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information.

Platform Provider

Humane World for Animals utilizes Fourthwall to provide e-commerce functionality, including storefront hosting, shopping cart services, order management, customer accounts, payment processing integrations, order fulfillment support, and customer service support related to purchases.

Information Collected

Customer information, order information, account information, device and usage information, and payment-related information necessary to process purchases and support the storefront.

Use of Information
